CloudWave Receives Pro Patria Award

CloudWave is honored to receive the Pro Patria Award from the ESGR organization (Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve).  ESGR is a Department of Defense program, established to promote cooperation and understanding between U.S. Reserve service members and their civilian employers.

The ESGR’s Pro Patria Award is presented annually by each ESGR State Committee to one small, one large, and one public sector employer in their state or territory. Recipients have demonstrated the greatest support to Guard and Reserve employees through their leadership and practices, including adopting personnel policies that make it easier for employees to participate in the National Guard and Reserve. This is the highest-level award that may be bestowed by an ESGR State Committee.

The nomination was submitted by U.S. Air Force Reservist Andrew Branning, Director of the Project Management Office at CloudWave.

Andrew recently returned from his latest overseas deployment with recognition for distinguished service and has since been selected for promotion to Chief Master Sergeant, the highest enlisted rank achievable in the armed forces today, as a member of the 433d Airlift Wing.

CloudWave was also a semi-finalist for the 2019 Freedom Award, the highest recognition given by the U.S. Government to employers for their outstanding support of employees serving in the Guard and Reserve.

CloudWave is proud of our commitment to hiring U.S. military veterans and active members of the National Guard and Reserve.
